I require 100% due up front, with only a 50% refund return. Refunds are only issued if canceled 1 day prior to order due date.
How soon after I order will I receive order?
Typically for smaller orders I will have ready 2 days after order. Larger orders require 1 weeks. Custom orders 2 weeks due to having to place orders for specialty items for your order.
How fresh are your products?
I make everything to order, so your order is made especially for you. I don't make a lot of things ahead of time and let then set and wait on an order to come in.
Do you use box cake mixes?
No i don't. I make all my cakes, cookies, candies, rice krispies treats, etc... from scratch.
Do you offer party packages for larger orders?
Yes I do offer party packages. I don't have them listed in my order section because I custom my party packages to your individual needs. Once I know specifically what items you're requesting I then can quote you a price. I can then add it to my product list in my site for you to be able to place your order.
Do you ship your orders?
Unfortunately I do not ship orders. By state cottage license law, I am not allowed to ship my products. I have to deliver or hand person to person.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes you can pay in cash. We will discuss a meeting point so I can come collect payment no later then 2 days prior to order due date.
Do you make anything with alcohol?
No I don't make anything with alcohol. I don't do this for 2 reasons 1) I'm not allowed through cottage laws. 2) I have a personal conviction to not do it concerning my beliefs.
Do you Deliver
Yes I deliverer. I offer free delivery in Frankfort and surrounding counties (Fayette, Woodford, Anderson, Shelby, Owen). Anything beyond that requires a fee. Fee is based on distance beyond these points and how far into the counties I've listed I have to go.
