Discover how delicious gluten-free baking can be in this hands-on workshop!

Whether you’re celiac, gluten-intolerant, or just looking to expand your baking skills, this fun and educational class will guide you through the essentials of gluten-free baking—no experience required.

You’ll learn how to:

* Choose the right flours and starches for different recipes

* Blend your own flour mixes for perfect texture and flavor

* Convert your favorite recipes into gluten-free versions

* Avoid cross-contamination in a shared kitchen

Together we’ll bake 3–4 delicious recipes (depending on time) such as cookies, muffins, and cupcakes, etc that you can take home to share (if you don’t eat them first!).

Bring your enthusiasm—and a container for your baked goodies—and leave with the skills and confidence to bake gluten-free with ease.

You’ll learn how to:

* Choose the right flours, starches, binders and yeasts for different recipes

* Blend your own flour mixes for perfect texture and flavor

* Tips and tricks to have soft and tasty breads.

Together we’ll bake 3-4 delicious recipes (depending on time), such as a bread loaf, buns, cinnamon rolls and a hand bread (pita, naan or tortilla) that you can take home to share (if you don’t eat them first!).

Bring your enthusiasm, your stand mixer if you have one (or your strong kneading arms) and a container/plastic bags for your baked goodies—and leave with the skills and confidence to bake gluten-free breads with ease.
