Chels Treats – Order Policy

• Minimum Notice: All orders require at least 1 week (7 days) notice. Orders placed with less than 7 days' notice may be subject to a rush fee.

• Deposit Requirement: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of ordering.

NO DEPOSIT = NO ORDER

Deposits must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, or the order will be automatically cancelled.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due in cash at the time of pickup or delivery.

• Pickup Policy: Chels Treats runs on a scheduled system. Please be mindful and punctual for your pickup time.

If you are running late, please communicate with me—exceptions can be made when possible.

Pickups are available only on the agreed date and time.

Please do not arrive 20–30 minutes early, as orders will be brought out at the scheduled time only.

• Delivery: Delivery is available depending on distance and includes an additional fee.
