Q: I submitted a order now what? A: Once you have submitted a order, please expect to receive a message within 76 hours via Instagram dms from @_ chefskisses confirming your order is correct. Once we have confirmed your order, the invoice will be sent via bakesy with payment info and pick up details Q: where is pick up located? A: pick up is located in Long Beach, California 90813 📍near cherry and PCH (exact location will be sent the night before pick up around 6 PM **if by chance, you have paid for an order and not receive pick up details by 6 PM the night before please feel free to reach out to me(the night before pick ups are very hectic and sometimes on the rare I do do miss a person) Q: Once I have paid for an order, can I cancel the order? A: yes, you may cancel the order as long as it is before the cut off of when I take orders (so for example, a payment is due by the 15th-if you sent payment on the 10th and decide to cancel your order on the 12th you will be refunded) once it has reached the deadline I can no longer refund the order, all payment will be nonrefundable Q: what happens if I’m unable to pick up during that time frame? A: if something comes up and you’re unable to pick up during your allotted time frame, please message me what time to let me know so I can see if I’m able to work things out-sometimes I am able to sometimes I am not as I also have other obligations outside of work
