With a baking journey spanning over two decades, I bring a wealth of experience to every delectable creation.

Policies and Procedures for Your Event Booking:

1. Reservation and Deposit:

Your event date is secured with a non-refundable 50% initial deposit. Transferring the deposit to another date is possible, subject to approval.

2. Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be received by the specified due date on the invoice. Failure to do so renders the contract void, and the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Final Payment Date and Changes:

The date of your final payment is also the deadline for any alterations in cake size, style, or flavors. Changes requested after this date cannot be accommodated.

4. Delivery and Setup:

Delivery and setup charges are inclusive in the total invoice.

5. Cake Responsibility:

We are not liable for any cake damage post-setup. You are responsible for providing a stable table and suitable environment, ensuring the cake's security. A sturdy table and an environment with a temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit or lower are required.

6. Self-Pickup and Liability:

Opting to collect and set up the cake holds you accountable for its condition once it departs our premises.

7. Photography and Display:

Occasionally, we may capture images of our cakes and reserve the right to use these photographs for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Allergen Notice:

Our products may contain allergens such as milk, wheat, nuts, and soy. You agree to inform your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for any allergic reactions.

9. Delivery Charges:

Local delivery and setup cost $50. For distances beyond a 10-mile radius, a $0.75 per mile round-trip fee applies. Ensuring the event location is open and ready for setup is your responsibility. If we must wait for the location to open, a rate of $25 per 15 minutes will be charged, payable prior to cake setup.
