Is payment required upfront?
Yes. Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
What is the lead time for orders?
A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required.
For example:
• If you need an order for Saturday, it must be ordered and paid by Wednesday.
Orders are subject to availability.
Do bulk orders have a different lead time?
Yes. Bulk orders require a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Short-notice bulk orders may incur a rush fee and are subject to availability.
How does pick up work?
Pick up times are scheduled & confirmed prior to collection. Orders must be collected at the agreed pickup time.
If an order is not collected at the agreed time, pickup may need to be rescheduled to a later time or different day, subject to availability & my schedule.
What happens once I collect my order?
Once collected, responsibility transfers to the customer. This includes appropriate transport and storage (air-conditioning / refrigeration where required).
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available & needs to be added to cart. If unsure about delivery zones, send me a message to confirm correct delivery fee.
Do you cater for allergies?
Some products contain nuts, including pistachio spread and Nutella. All items are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. An allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed. Please consider this before ordering.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of made-to-order products, refunds are not available once production has commenced.
Cancellations made prior to production may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50%.
The remaining 50% is non-refundable.
Do bulk orders require approval?
Yes. Bulk orders require review & approval before being confirmed.
Once approved, an invoice will be sent for payment.

Why does my order require approval for 55km+?
Orders with delivery fees of 55km or more are subject to review due to distance and scheduling.

If payment is not received by the required lead time, additional fees may apply or the order may need to be rescheduled, subject to availability.
