A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to place an order.

Rush orders (within a week) require full payment upon booking.

Orders without deposit after 24 hours are not confirmed.

Date changes must be requested at least 2 weeks before the event.

Once picked up, the cake is the client's responsibility. Handle carefully and keep on a flat, shaded surface during transport.

Buttercream cakes may melt in heat or direct sunlight.

Pick-up must be on the agreed time. Let us know in advance if you will be a little early or late.

We are able to do deliveries in the area depending on availability; delivery fees apply.
