•Orders must be placed 2 weeks in advance. •30% non-refundable deposit is required for orders more than $100. •The remaining balance is due 5 days before the pickup/ delivery date. *NO DEPOSIT NO ORDER* •Orders placed within 3 days of needing them will incur a $10 rush fee. •Deposit must be paid within 48 hrs of receiving invoice acceptance. •Please allow up to 48 hrs for me to confirm your order. •I will NOT replicate another creators work (meaning I do require some creative freedom.) •Pickup date/time are final. If you're going to be late, please let me know as soon as possible. •Orders are made specifically for you So NO REFUNDS.

•BEFORE YOU ARRIVE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MADE SPACE IN YOUR FRIDGE AND CAR. •PLEASE TRANSPORT ALL CAKES WITH THE AIR CON ON WHEN TRAVELLING. •WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR CAKE MAKE SURE YOU CARRY IT FROM THE BOTTOM ONLY, NEVER CARRY THE BOX FROM THE SIDES AS IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR •THE SAFEST PLACE FOR YOUR CAKE TO GO IS IN THE FOOTWELL OF YOUR CAR (PASSENGER SIDE IS BEST). •LARGER TIRED CAKES CAN TRAVEL IN THE TRUNK OF YOUR VEHICLE. •ALL CAKES NEED TO BE TRAVELED ON A FLAT SURFACE! YOUR CAKE MUST BE REFRIGERATED!!! •KEEP YOUR CAKE CHILLED FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE TO GIVE YOU MAXIMUM TIME FOR DISPLAYING YOUR CAKE. •PLEASE EAT YOUR CAKE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE TO ALLOW THE CAKE TO SOFTEN BACK UP. •REMOVE ALL CAKE DECORATIONS BEFORE CUTTING!!! •SOME CAKES MAY HAVE COCKTAIL STICKS SUPPORTING CERTAIN TREATS/DECORATIONS SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN REMOVING YOUR TREATS. •ALL CAKES ARE DOUBLE BARRELLED. THEY WILL HAVE A THIN CAKE CARD AND SUPPORTING STRAWS WITHIN THEM. THIS WILL HELP YOU CUT YOUR CAKE WITH EASE. •TIERED CAKES WILL HAVE A CENTRAL DOWEL AND SUPPORTINGS DOWELS INSIDE THE CAKE. •WHEN YOU CUT YOUR CAKE PLEASE DISCARD OF ALL BOARDS AND DOWELS. STORING LEFTOVER CAKE! •ONCE CUT YOU CAN KEEP YOUR CAKE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. •YOU CAN WRAP YOUR CAKE IN CLING FILM AND STORE IT IN THE FREEZER FOR UP TO 3 MONTHS.

No delivery fee if you meet me at Big Lots in Valdosta at your scheduled time. Delivery fee is based of of mileage if you are out of the city limits of Valdosta, Ga. Tiered Cake Delivery Fees differ.
