Hey everyone! I'm Catherine Sayer, the proud owner and baker behind Central Cajun House. Located in Fifth Ward, La, we are a cozy cottage bakery that operates right from my home in our small town. Before this venture, I worked as a nurse but decided to become a full-time stay at home mom to our two boys.
At Central Cajun House, our mission is to provide you with homemade goodness without the stress. We firmly believe in offering home-baked treats and goodies that are free from preservatives, so you can enjoy them with your family. As we all know, cooking from scratch and serving wholesome, homemade food isn't always easy in our fast-paced lives. However, that doesn't mean you have to compromise on quality for convenience.

Capabilities & Pricing
Deposits:
Deposits due within 72 hours of order placement.
We require a $10 deposit on all orders under $30.
All Custom Orders, Party Packages, and orders over $50 require a 50% deposit.
Payment:
Final Payment due one week before pickup.
Cancellations:
There will be no changes or cancellations accepted within 48 hours of the delivery/pickup of your order.
