All deposits and sales are final. We do not offer refunds for orders that have already been placed and paid for. If you need to cancel your order or change the order date, please notify as soon as possible. We understand that circumstances may arise that require adjustments to your order. In such cases, we are happy to transfer your deposit fees to a different available date. Please note that order changes are subject to availability. Once your purchase has been handed to you or the designated recipient, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during transportation. We take precautions to package our speciality items securely, but we recommend handling them with care during transit to ensure their safe arrival. If you are unsatisfied with your order upon pick-up please bring it to our attention immediately. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues or items that you do not like, we will do our best to address and fix them to your satisfaction.
What Is The Delivery Process?
Customers have the choice to either pick up their orders at a local designated meet-up location or have their order delivered to them for a fee of $2/Per Mile. This provides flexibility and convenience for our customers. Please let us know your preference when placing your order.
How far in advance should I place my order ?
Two weeks mininum.
Do you require a deposit ?
50% of your order is due immediately after placing order.
When is the remaining balance due ?
Before pick up/delivery.
Do you accept last-minute or rush orders ?
Depends on availability and the customization of the order. An additional fee may also be required.
