A cottage bakery is a home bakery that operates under Colorado Cottage Food guidelines and best food safety practices. Products must be non potentially hazardous or require refrigeration for safety. What if I want something I’m not seeing on your website?
Please reach out! I’d love to try something new or work with you to find what you’re looking for.
Can you copy a design exactly?
While I love working from any inspiration photos you may have, I can’t guarantee an exact replica as each order is handmade and every artist’s techniques differ. I will also respect other artist’s work as necessary.
I will, however, work with you to best fit your theme, colors, and vision so your treats fit seamlessly into your event decor.
How should I store my treats?
Strawberries- Berries are dipped and decorated within 24 hours of your pickup time and are refrigerated until then. If your event is within a few hours of pickup, it’s fine to let berries come to room temp. If it’s the next day, I recommend storing them in the refrigerator until you’re within a few hours of your event.
Other chocolate covered treats can be stored in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight or heat. Do not leave treats outdoors or in a hot car.
How long do treats stay fresh?
Sugar cookies- always come individually wrapped and stay fresh for at least 1 week when kept sealed and stored at room temperature.
Cake pops and cakesicles- best enjoyed within 3-5 days of pickup. Store them in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight. They can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months.
Strawberries- best enjoyed the day of pickup or within 24 hours, but can still be enjoyed up to 48 hours.
Other chocolate covered treats- fresh up to 1 week without individual wrapping or up to 2 weeks if individually wrapped.
