It is a licensed and permitted operation through the Washington State Department of Agriculture which allows preparation and sole products from a home kitchen and residence that has been subject to a standard inspection criteria. What are you hours of operation?
Messages/e-mails are checked daily and a response is typically sent within 24 hours. Actual order processing (planning, prep, baking, clean-up) are dependent upon the current schedule, events, and other personal commitments.

Do you bake gluten-free items? What if I have other allergies or sensitivities?
All baked goods are created in a licensed and permitted home kitchen where most equipment has contacted gluten and/or other allergens such as tree nuts, eggs, dairy, and soy at some point in time. I am unable to guarantee that cross-contact will not occur or that items are free from traces of gluten and/or other allergens.
If I do place an order, how do I pay and where do I pick up?
Payment instructions will be on your invoice. Venmo, PayPal, Square, and cash are accepted forms of payment. A pick up time will be scheduled when final payment has been received. Delivery within a 10 mile radius is available with an additional $5 charge to the order.
How far in advance should we order?
Please give at least 2 weeks notice when ordering for an event.
How long do your cookies stay fresh?
Individually sealed cookies will stay fresh for 2 weeks if stored in a cool dry area of your home.
Can I freeze my cookies?
Absolutely! If you need to freeze your cookies, placing them in a zip-lock freezer bag and then into an airtight container will preserve them the best. Cookies can freeze up to 3 months. When you are ready to enjoy your cookies, take them out of the freezer and that them on the counter until they are room temperature. Do not take out of the container before they come to room temp.
How do your cookies come packaged?
All decorated cookies come individually packaged in a heat-sealed cellophane bag at no extra cost. Drop cookies do not include individual wrapping in the price, but can be added for a small additional charge if requested.
