How do I place an order?
Selecting the "Request Order" button on the front page allows you to include details of your order preferences, select a preferred date, and include any inspiration photos you may have. From there, you'll receive a response within 24 hours with pricing information, availability, and ways to pay. Once your order is confirmed, you're all set!
Do I have to place an order through the site?
Not at all! This method was designed to put convenience at the forefront, but you are also more than welcome to send an email to cecilia@cecescakeshop.com, or call or text 717-388-0725 to place an order.
What if I need to edit or cancel an existing order?
As soon as possible, email cecilia@cecescakeshop.com, or reach out using one of the social media messaging pages for a faster response. Please note, for orders canceled on the day the order is due, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Can I place a delivery order on behalf of someone else?
Yes and no. You are absolutely able to purchase an order for a loved one, with a separate address available for us to deliver to, but we are not able to accept orders on behalf of third party vendors, placeholder orders (to hold a date for someone else), or orders that would require us to reach out to a new individual to confirm the details. All orders must be finalized and processed by the individual placing the order, otherwise the date cannot be guaranteed.
Where are you located?
Cece's Cake Shop is an online Only bakery located in Harrisburg, PA. Keep an eye out for upcoming details regarding a storefront in 2025!
What are your normal hours?
Because we are a bakery delivery/pick-up only service without an available storefront to attend to, the hours of operation work with your schedule. Hours of operation may vary due to family emergencies, hazardous weather, prescheduled events, or outstanding rarities that may limit availability. Each order date and timeframe will be confirmed prior to finalizing the order.
Am I able to sample things?
We unfortunately don't have the opportunity for samples to be readily available at this time for all clients. We do, however, attend local pop-up shops, vending events, and expos on occasion, packed with free samples in exchange for a social media follow! Keep an eye out for where we're headed next!
