Policy ▶️ Please note that our kitchen operates under the Arizona Cottage Regulations, is not inspected by the Arizona Health Department and is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free facility. We will try our best to meet your allergy needs and take every step necessary to meet your expectations. ▶️ Payment due. You pay, I bake! Payment is required up front so that I can source your cute decorations, spectacular sprinkles, and perfect packaging. Your payment reserves your pick-up date too! Win win for all of us! If payment is not received within 24 hours of the order being placed, the date will not be reserved. ▶️ No show. These homemade products are best enjoyed fresh! Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time forfeits your order. But take heart - we'll donate to a family in need. Need to reschedule your order? Please reach out 7 days prior to your pickup time. ▶️ Refunds. I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment is accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your custom decorations order has likely already been placed. But the good news - you get the treats! ▶️ Delivery Clause. All orders are pick-up only. Delivery can be an option with an additional fee starting at $10 depending on mileage from CD’s Sweet Treats! I love a good drive (bonus if that drive is past a Starbucks). ▶️ Cottage Food Laws. This has been made in a home kitchen not inspected by Arizona Health Department. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free. ▶️ Once you pickup your order what happens to your cookies, cupcakes or other items is your responsibility. We are not held responsible for any damage once you receive your products. Allergen Information While we offer gourmet baked goods without nuts and/or gluten, all of our desserts are made fresh in the same kitchen. Though safety and sanitation are of the utmost importance to us, the potential for cross-contamination does exist.
