1. Full payment of order is required upon placing order.

2. Payments are nonrefundable for cancelled orders. In order to receive a partial refund order must be canceled 6 days prior to order completion date selected at time order is placed.

3. Custom orders may be subject to up charge costs depending on complexity of the custom order form

4. Changes to your order may be subject to additional cost depending on the request

5. If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up order from CC’s Sweet Treats you assume all liability and responsibility of the treats once it leaves our possession.

6. Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, eggs, soy and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
