You can order directly through my Bakesy shop. Choose your items, pick your date, and check out. If you need something custom, send me a message and I’ll help you get set up.
How far in advance should I order?
Most items need at least two to three days’ notice. Custom cakes or large orders may need more time. If you need something last minute, reach out and I’ll let you know what I can do.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. I offer local delivery in Fayetteville and nearby areas. Delivery fees are based on distance and will show at checkout.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes. I ship select items that travel well such as cookies and certain treats. Shipping times may vary based on location and weather. I package everything securely to keep your order fresh.
Do you offer pickups?
Yes. Once your order is paid, I will send the pickup address and instructions. I prepare everything fresh, so please arrive during your pickup window.
Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely. If you need a special dessert, theme, or flavor, just message me. I love creating custom items for birthdays, events, and celebrations.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments go through Bakesy using Stripe. You can pay with debit or credit card.

Orders must be paid in full before they are added to my baking schedule (unless you're paying in cash).
Are deposits required?
Regular menu items must be paid in full. Large or custom orders may require a deposit. I will let you know during the order process.
Are your items made fresh?
Yes. Everything is baked from scratch fresh to order with quality ingredients. I do not pre bake or freeze items unless it is required for shipping.
Do you offer allergen friendly items?
I offer some desserts that do not include nuts or certain allergens, but I am not a nut free or gluten free kitchen. If you have allergies, please ask first so I can make sure you stay safe.
Do you have a cancellation or refund policy?
Cancellations made within 24 hours of ordering may qualify for a refund. Once baking has started or supplies have been purchased, refunds are not available. If there is an issue with your order, reach out and I will make it right.
Do you do large orders or events?
Yes. I can handle events, parties, and larger quantities. Message me with your details and I’ll confirm availability.
How long do your treats stay fresh?
Cookies usually stay fresh for three to five days when stored in an airtight container. Pound cakes and cakes can last up to five days refrigerated. I also include care instructions with each order.
How can I contact you?
