Orders can be customized to fit any theme, 2 weeks' notice is required on all CAKE orders. 48-hour notice required for treat orders.
The retainer fee is nonrefundable and due within 48 hours of placing the order. If the retainer fee is not paid, the order will be canceled.
The final payment is due 2 days before the order is due.

Policies
Pick Up And Delivery
All orders must be picked up within the 30 minute pickup window given at the time of ordering. There will be a $10 storage fee added to all orders not picked up on time. Orders will not be handed out after 6pm, on Sundays, or Mondays! I do offer delivery and setup within Amarillo city limits. *delivery fee is $30, and delivery plus set up is $50 Cassie's Sassy Cakes is not responsible for anything that happens to the cake after it leaves our premises. Cakes must be placed on a FLAT surface in your vehicle, not in someone's lap or in the seat. Cakes must be kept cool to prevent sliding, falling, or cracking. All tiered cake and sculpted cakes have supporting rods. Please do not push someone's face in the cake to prevent injuries. Cake must be stored in a refrigerator as soon as possible.
