I offer 4”, 6”, 8”, and 10” cakes, as well as 2-tier cakes. Each is layered with buttercream and fully customizable. Suggested servings:
4” – 2–4 servings
6” – 6–8 servings
8” – 12–16 servings
10” – 20–25 servings
2-tier cakes – servings vary depending on sizes; I can help you choose the best combination for your event.
Cakes can also be made in heart-shaped or square designs to suit your special occasion.
What’s the difference between cake layers and tiers?
A layer is one horizontal section of a cake stacked with frosting in between. For example, a 6-inch cake usually has two layers, meaning it’s baked in two separate rounds and then stacked with buttercream. More layers = taller cake and extra frosting between each layer.
A tier is a whole, separate cake that is stacked on top of another cake to make a multi-tiered cake. For example, a 2-tier cake might have an 8-inch cake on the bottom and a 6-inch cake on top. Each tier can have multiple layers, so a tier is like a “cake of cakes”!
Quick tip: Layers affect the height and flavor of a single cake, while tiers affect the overall size and presentation—perfect for bigger celebrations or dramatic cake displays.
Can I customize my cake or cupcakes?
Absolutely! You can choose your colors, theme, decorations, and flavors. Every order is fully custom and made with care.
Can I order a custom assortment of cupcakes flavors?
For ½ dozen cupcakes, each order is made as one flavor and design and is not eligible for a custom assortment.
For 1 dozen cupcakes, a custom assortment is available with up to two flavors, each with a coordinated design.
This allows for a little variety while keeping your cupcakes beautifully finished and cohesive.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
I take allergens seriously and hold a ServSafe Food Allergen Certificate. However, all baking is done in a home kitchen, so I cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
Can I request a specific frosting color?
Absolutely! You can choose from a wide variety of pastel or bright colors to match your theme.
Do you use fondant?
Nope! All cakes and cupcakes are buttercream only. This keeps them soft, tasty, and beautifully simple.
Can you recreate a photo or inspiration cake?
Yes! Photos are welcome for inspiration, but I cannot replicate cakes exactly. Each cake is custom and unique, so the final creation may differ slightly while still capturing the spirit of your inspiration.
Do your cakes or cupcakes contain alcohol?
No. All cakes and cupcakes are made without alcohol, as I do not hold a liquor license and cannot sell products containing alcohol.
Do you offer vegan, sugar-free, or gluten-free cakes and cupcakes?
I currently only offer gluten-free options with advanced notice. Vegan or sugar-free cakes are not available at this time. Please contact me when ordering to accommodate your gluten-free needs.
Do you make wedding cakes?
Yes! I create small to medium custom wedding cakes designed to match your theme and style. All cakes are made from scratch with your choice of flavors and frosting. Please order well in advance to ensure availability for your special day.
Do you make cakes or cupcakes for pets/animals?
No. I do not make cakes or cupcakes for animals, as I am not licensed to produce pet food. All products are intended for human consumption only.
Are there other local businesses you recommend?
Yes! I love supporting other local businesses, like Palmetto Party Hoppers. They offer bounce houses, water slides, and obstacle courses for birthdays and celebrations throughout the Tri-County area. They’re reliable, friendly, and a great way to make any party extra fun and memorable!

How far in advance should I place my order?
I recommend at least 7–10 days’ notice for all orders. Weekends and holidays can book quickly, so the sooner, the better!
How do I pay for my order?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due before pickup. Invoices are sent via Square.
Can I provide my own ingredients for a cake or cupcake order?
For safety, quality, and consistency, I do not accept outside ingredients. All cakes and cupcakes are made from scratch using my tested recipes and approved ingredients.
What if I need to cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable, but please contact me as soon as possible if plans change. In some cases, we may be able to reschedule your order.
Do you deliver?

How should I travel with my cake?
Transport your cake on a flat surface in a cool, air-conditioned vehicle. Do not leave the cake in direct sunlight or a hot vehicle. Place it on the floor or trunk where it won’t slide, and refrigerate as soon as possible after arrival.
How should I store and serve my cake?
Keep your cake refrigerated until about 1–2 hours before serving. This allows it to come to room temperature for the best flavor and texture. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator and enjoy within 3–5 days.
Is it safe to press or smash someone’s face into a cake?
No. Full-size cakes often contain dowels or toothpicks for support, which can be dangerous. For safety reasons, this is not recommended.
How are 2-tier cakes supported?
For stability, all 2-tier cakes use dowels or food-safe supports inside the bottom tier. These keep the top tier secure and prevent shifting during transport.
Each tier sits on a thin cake board so the layers stay level and your cake arrives safely.
Before serving: Simply remove the dowels from the bottom tier once the cake is on the serving table. The top tier can then be served safely.
