I currently operate on preorders to ensure nothing goes to waste. Because of this, I will need at least 3 days notice for any and all orders. Every item on my menu contains sourdough starter, meaning everything takes 24+ hours of planning hinging on a proper starter feed. This notice policy is to ensure all orders are fulfilled properly.
