How do payments work?
A non-refundable deposit is required immediately to reserve your spot on the calendar.
Final payment is due 7 days prior to pickup.
Failure to pay on time will result in your order being removed from the schedule.
Do you offer allergy-friendly or allergen-free options?
At this time, we are not an allergy-friendly bakery. All of our treats are prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts are present. While we take cleanliness seriously, cross-contamination is possible. If you or a loved one has a severe allergy, we recommend ordering from a bakery that specializes in allergy-safe products.
Where are you located?
Pickup location is southwest Lake Charles. Exact address will be given upon order confirmation.
What if I have a special request or need?
I’m happy to accommodate special requests when I can! Just click the “Contact” button in the right-hand menu of my Bakesy shop to send me an email or text me if you have my number. I’ll do my best to work with you!
Do your treats contain artificial dye?
The base chocolate and white chocolate I use do not contain artificial dyes. However, if you choose to add custom colors to your order, please note that those colors are made with artificial food dye.
At this time, I’m not able to offer dye-free coloring options, but I’m always exploring alternatives and will update if that changes!
