Once your order request is submitted and accepted you will receive an invoice with the pickup address.
What time is pickup ❓
Pickup is between 2-6pm. I like the loaf to have enough time to fully cool down before being packaged.
Can I pay cash❓
Yes you can pay cash. Please let me know in the additional comments section at checkout. Your invoice does need to be accepted by Wednesday at 9pm for it to be processed.
Can I freeze my loaf❓
Yes you can! You can freeze the loaf whole or in slices. You can defrost the whole loaf in the fridge or oven.
For the fridge— pull the loaf out of the freezer and place in the fridge to defrost. I usually do that at night and it’s ready in the morning.
For the oven— pull your loaf out and defrost in the fridge like above. The next morning preheat oven to 400°. Run your whole frozen loaf under water. Place loaf on a baking sheet and bake for around 25 mins.
For the slice and freeze method you can pull out slices straight from the freezer and toast up right away in a toaster or toaster oven.
How do I store my loaf❓
The loaf can be stored in the bag provided or you can transfer it to a ziplock bag or airtight container.
How long will my loaf last ❓
Your loaf should last for 3-5 days… if you don’t eat it all before then!
