Sending an INQUIRY is not the same as placing an order. All inquiries will be sent to us and you will receive a reply. Casa Panetteria is not allergy-free. While we thoroughly clean in between production, cross contamination may occur.

Orders must be finalized at least 1 week prior to pickup or delivery. Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability, and may include an additional fee. Have color swatches, reference photos, edible images, toppers, and design details ready at the time of ordering. (Please Note: No cake can be replicated exactly. Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances. If you need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible. If you need to reschedule, please allow at least 1 weeks notice, subject to availability.

***No order is considered confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before pickup/delivery. Orders not paid in full by that time may be canceled. Pre-sale or pre-made items must be paid in full at the time of ordering, and are non-refundable.
