Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes! A 100% deposit is required to secure your order. Orders without payment may be canceled.
Morning Orders
Morning orders require prep the night before, so a deposit is required to secure your order. Orders without a paid deposit and confirmation by the night before will be automatically canceled.
Do you deliver?
We don’t offer delivery at this time. Some clients use Uber Courier or similar services for pickup.
Do your rolls contain allergens?
Yes — our rolls may contain wheat, eggs, milk, butter, and nuts. Guava Cream rolls also contain cream cheese. Please notify us of allergies before ordering.
Can I customize flavors?
Yes! Please specify your flavor choices when placing your order. Some variety options may have a minimum order.
Are the rolls freshly made?
Yes! All rolls are made fresh daily, with toppings applied just before pickup or delivery.
When will my order be ready for pick up?
You can select a pickup time of 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, or 6:00 PM when placing your order. You’ll receive a text when your order is ready. Occasionally, we may be slightly delayed — thank you for your patience!
How should I store my rolls?
Most cinnamon rolls are best kept at room temperature for up to 24 hours. The topping is made with butter, water, and confectioners’ sugar. Guava Cream rolls contain cream cheese and must be refrigerated. Refrigeration will keep all rolls fresh longer. Reheat gently for 15-30 seconds before serving for best results.
