Do you deliver?
Yes! I offer delivery with 10 miles of my house. A $5 delivery charge will be added for delivery.
Do you ship?
Yes! Carolyn’s Cookie Kitchen will ship within the state of Illinois. Delivery fees will be added to the cost of the order. We will ship your package with enough time for your event. Carolyn’s Cookie Kitchen cannot be held responsible for packages delayed or lost.
What payment methods do you accept?
Carolyn’s Cookie Kitchen accepts Venmo, Zelle, cash and checks.
Do you offer gluten-free cookies?
Yes! We offer gluten-free cookies; however, our cookies are made in a home kitchen that uses wheat, eggs, dairy, soy and nuts. Customers with food allergies should not consume our cookies.
What is your payment policy?
Your date is locked in upon receipt of a deposit equaling 50% of the total value of the order. Final payment is due at pickup or delivery date.
Can I make changes to my order after booking?
Carolyn’s Cookie Kitchen understands that life is complicated. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. We will do our best to work with you to accommodate any changes. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate any last minute changes.
Do you accept rush orders?
Typically we require 7 days notice in order to create your custom order. Based on our availability we may be able to accommodate rush orders. Creating custom cookies takes a minimum of 3 days. Orders with a lead time of between 3 - 7 days may incur a rush fee of $20. If you are in a hurry, please reach out and we can see if we can accommodate your request.
