My name is Carmen, owner of Carm’s Sweet Treats, located in Brooksville, Florida( Off Ayers/County Line!

I specialize in candied fruits, fresh fruit dipped in melted sugar that hardens into a delicious, crunchy candy shell and custom sugar cookies!

Each candied treat comes in a variety of flavors and toppings, giving you the perfect mix of sweet crunch on the outside and juicy fruit on the inside. They’re truly addictive! 😋

✨ Storage Instructions✨

For best quality, keep your candied treats in the freezer.

Let them thaw for 5–10 minutes before enjoying.

Keeping them frozen extends their freshness and prevents the candy shell from melting too quickly.

✨How to Order✨

Please place your order at least two days in advance.

🚗 Pick-up only — no delivery available.

✨Pick-Up Times✨

Once your order is confirmed, I will message you to arrange a pick-up time. Please expect pick-ups within the windows below:

Monday–Friday: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

It is very important to arrive at the agreed pick-up time. I cannot hold orders for late arrivals as I manage multiple responsibilities. 💖

✨Payment Policy✨

• Orders must be paid within 12 hours of the request.

• Unpaid orders will be canceled.

• Once payment is received, your order is officially confirmed.

• Requesting an order does not mean it is placed.

✨Refund Policy✨

Refunds are not issued for any of the following:

• If I have already bought the supplies, started or completed your order and you did not communicate that you could not pick it up.

• Once the order is picked up, proper storage becomes your responsibility.
