🛒 Ordering Policy Custom orders require at least 10 days notice. Rush orders may be accepted with a fee. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order. After invoice is sent, your date will be held for 48 hours. If deposit is not sent within 48 hours, your date will not be held and will subject to not being available. Full payment is due at least 2 days before pickup. Larger orders may require full payment further in advance Accepted payment methods: Cash, Venmo, PayPal 🎂 Pickup & Delivery Orders are available for pickup from our Burlington location unless otherwise agreed. Exact address will be provided after payment is received. Delivery is available upon request within a 15 mile radius. Exact delivery fee depends on distance and size of order ❄️ Allergy & Storage Notice Products may contain allergens such as dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, nuts, and tree nuts. All items should be consumed or refrigerated within 1–2 days for best freshness. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions once the item leaves our premises. 🧾 Cancellations & Refunds Orders canceled more than 7 days in advance may transfer the deposit to a future order. Orders canceled within 7 days will forfeit the deposit. No refunds for completed items unless the issue is due to a verified fault on our part. 📸 Photos & Social Media I love showcasing my creations!
