Deposit of 50% due to hold date. DATES ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS MADE. Deposit can be made via Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo or debit/credit card. Final payment due 7 days prior to event date. For events that are less than 14 days out FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED AT BOOKING. 1:Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable but IS transferable with 7 days prior notice. 2. We must receive the balance by the due date indicated or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded. 3. Delivery and setup is calculated on an individual basis and will be listed in the price. 4. We are not responsible for any damage to the dessert table after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake and treats. Cakes and treats are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below. 5. Basic Décor is included with the setup fee for the dessert buffet. Custom décor is priced on an individual basis. 6. If you or your representative elect to pick up and set up the treats, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the products once they leave Carlton's Creative Desserts' possession. 7. On occasion, we will photograph our cakes/dessert tables and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you. 8. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions. (In the event that prior notice is given, we will make any accommodations that we can to ensure that items are allergen free and or vegan.) 9. Client agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all claims arising out of the use of the dessert table or its attendants. Carlton's Creative Desserts' will not be liable for any injury, allergic reaction, loss or damage directly or consequently arising out of the use/ rental of the candy buffet/dessert table. Client indemnify harmless, Carlton's Creative Desserts from all claims, actions, proceedings, costs, damages and liability including attorney fees and court cost arising out in connections with or resulting from the services of Carlton's Creative Desserts. 10. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Carlton's Creative Desserts to complete the agreement and is subject to accidents, Acts of God and other causes beyond our control. **PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT IS ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.*
