We bake from our certified home kitchen in Arnold, Bay Hills neighborhood and offer local pickup and/or delivery. 2. Do you have a storefront? No, we do not have a storefront. All items are made to order and must be pre-ordered in advance. 3. How do I place an order? You can place an order by messaging us on [Instagram/Facebook], emailing capsizedcookies@gmail.com or filling out the order form on our website. Custom orders require at least 3 days’ notice. 4. What types of baked goods do you offer? We specialize in all cookies of course! Including chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, sugar cookie creations, brownies, rice cereal treats, and artisan sourdough. Check our menu page for current offerings! 5. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions? We offer some gluten-free and dairy-free options, but please note that everything is prepared in a home kitchen where allergens like wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts are present. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. 6. Do you deliver? Yes! We offer local delivery for a small fee. Pickup from our location is also available by appointment. 7. How should I store my baked goods? Each item comes with storage instructions, but in general: • Cookies: Store in an airtight container at room temperature. • Cakes & Cupcakes: Keep refrigerated and allow to come to room temp before serving. • Breads: Best enjoyed fresh or stored in a paper bag for up to 2 days. 8. Do you offer custom or bulk orders? Yes! We love creating custom treats for birthdays, weddings, showers, and events. Contact us for a quote and availability. 9. How far in advance should I order? We recommend ordering at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for custom or holiday orders.
