Capital Baking Co. is a Grove City, Ohio cottage bakery specializing in celebration cakes, custom confections, event party packages, edible images and custom cake toppers We do also offer traditional bakery items at our seasonal pop-up shops, pre-order and through our website. We do ship our cookies and a limited selection of confections.
