Policies
❗️HOW ORDERS WORK ❗️
🩵 I have a FCFS (first come first serve) policy. ALL FCFS trays will be posted on my IG @candylandtreatz._, please turn on your story notifcations to be able to try and catch a tray before they are gone.
🩵 FCFS will be under the category "Candy Grape Tray OF THE DAY" a number of orders will be put in by me. (NO CUSTOMIZATION ALLOWED FOR FCFS).
🩵FCFS I have complete control over "Trays Of The Day" meaning flavor and toppings are completely up to me!
🩵 All orders must be paid for in FULL. All money is due immediately after you order. After 10 mins your order will be cancelled NO EXCEPTIONS.
CUSTOM ORDERS + PARTIES 🎊
🩵 ALL CUSTOM TRAYS START AT $30 (no small orders)
🩵There will ALWAYS be an announcement made when i will be taking custom orders.
🩵All custom orders will have a specific limitation to them (flavors and toppings)
🩵Please be as specific as possible when you are ordering a custom tray.
🩵A 50% Deposit is required when booking a $25+ tray, once your order is put through, you will receive an invoice from me. You will have 15 mins to send deposit in before your order is cancelled.
PARTIES:
🩵ALL party orders must be booked 14 days before your event.
🩵Candied fruit is made to order, and they will breakdown and is meant to be consumed within a timely matter before they start breaking down.
🩵If you order ANY juicy fruit ( pineapple, watermelon. kiwi, etc.) Please know these fruits will melt down really fast so they must be put in a freezer (perferably a deep freezer) or on Dry ice (can be found a Publix)
🩵If you are not sure about how much you should order to feed your party you can message me and I will help you!
STORAGE ❄️🥶
💜All candied fruit are suggested to be stored in the freezer, if you have a deep freezer (EVEN BETTER). Please understand all fruit has its own juices so YES they will eventually melt if they aren’t stored properly.

REFUND POLICY 💰
ALL ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS
🩷You will be given a specific time your order needs to be picked up, failure to pick up your order on the agreed time and date will result in no refund of any amount issued. Your order will be posted for RESELL. NO EXCEPTIONS
🩷If I am the one at fault/reason your order cannot be completed, you will be offered a make up date or the option for a full refund.
🩷 I am human just like you and I understand things happen, IF there is communication with me about your order and not being able to pick it up I will HOLD your order for the next day.
PAYMENT POLICY 💵
❗️All orders EXCEPT for party order MUST be paid for in FULL at the time of placing an order. An invoice will be sent after order is confirmed
