🎈I will work with you via email or Facebook Messenger to design your dream cake. I’m happy to chat on the phone too but find email and Messenger is the most visual accurate way to communicate. 🎉

Deposit are nonrefundable and due within 24 hours of invoice.

Any orders placed less than two weeks before event date, will be accommodated case by case, and are subject to a rush fee of $35 to be added to any order accepted within 2 weeks of your event.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of invoice and must be paid as a friends and family payment when using Venmo or PayPal. Deposit must be paid to confirm order. Invoices expire 24 hours after they are sent. Balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to event date.

Orders can be canceled 14 days before the event date but deposit is nonrefundable. A credit for future use, within 6 months, will be issued if order was already paid in FULL. Fully paid orders canceled within 2 weeks of event date will not be refunded and no credit issued .

That being said, I understand things can happen and will work with customers on a case by case basis.

*Candy Rain Cakes is not responsible for cakes and other products after pick-up/delivery is completed.

Local Pickup and Delivery

*Orders are available for pick-up/delivery

*Delivery for cakes and dessert orders from my site is $15 within 15 miles of my address. $1 per mile will be added for additional mileage.(Our pick up location is in Point Loma.) Delivery will be added at time of invoice.

Cake Care

*Desserts must be refrigerated and kept cold up until 1.5 to 2 hours prior to displaying/being served.

*Desserts must be kept out of sunlight and any other direct heat sources. If desserts are not kept cold beforehand, texture and quality will diminish.

*Desserts will be chilled prior to pickup/delivery to ensure quality.

Per California Cottage Food laws, I can not offer any fresh fruit or real cream cheese icing. I can provide artifical cream cheese flavored buttercream.
