It all started in September 2011, on a weekend evening I was at home, relaxing watching movies and I had been craving chocolate, so I bought some of the leading name brands in chocolate that I had been buying for a long time. The candy just did not have that same great taste that I remembered, enjoying as a kid. I wanted to bring back that same experience that kept me and all my family and friends coming back for more. This is when I started brainstorming all different types of flavour and ingredient combinations that could be mixed with chocolate.

I started working on some recipes and, a few weeks later my cousin was having a huge baby shower and agreed to let me debut some of my new recipes. My showcase of (7) different platters were a variety of chocolate candies, cookie cups, and a chocolate dipped fruit platters. Each and every one of my products were eaten, and my recipes a sucess and not only that, I had so many guests, come up and tell me how delicious the products were, and ask for my business card, many inquiring about ordering for various special occasions in the future.
