Each order must be paid in full. ALL orders are NONREFUNDABLE!! No exchanges will be allowed no exceptions!! -By requesting an order, you accept all terms and conditions. (LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY) If you cannot pay the deposit electronically, you can bring me cash before the transaction is finalized. (Please contact me). - If you pick delivery, you must arrive at the stated local delivery address on time. After 10 minutes, a $1 per minute FEE will be applied to your total. If I do not receive an arrival or notice within 20 minutes, I will leave and you will not receive your order. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All orders will be shipped via USPS in a secured box container. Shipping costs will vary depending on zip code and state. Every order is handled within three business days.

-Once your order leaves my hands, it is no longer my responsibility. - Avoid direct sunlight. - Store treats in the refrigerator or at room temperature. - Treats are best consumed on the day of pickup. - Handle with care and store on flat surfaces. When transporting treats in a vehicle, it is best to keep them on the passenger side floor with cool air. - If your order includes perishable items like strawberries, fruit, whipped cream, or cream cheese, please refrigerate promptly.

When placing an order with Candied Land Factory, please keep in mind that not all designs will be precisely recreated. Candied Land Factory will always strive to reproduce the order to your specifications. For colored dipped sweets, High-Grade Oil-Based Food Coloring is utilized. (This is added to the white chocolate base.) *Please keep in mind that the tint of some colors may vary with time, making them look lighter or darker. *Social media photos may be edited due to lighting. *All health and safety precautions are taken. *Foods utilized include milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and chocolate. All food is prepared in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health or any local Health Department. -If you have any allergens, please contact me or include them in your order request so that I can ensure that your order is made safely and without problem. **Please be careful and cautious about the ingredients used to prepare each treat. **You are solely responsible for ensuring that everything you drink is safe for yourself.
