How long will the cookies stay fresh? Cookies will stay fresh for 3-5 days at room temperature, and if kept in the individually sealed bag they will stay fresh for two weeks. Do not refrigerate, and keep out of the heat... do not leave them in your car! Keep out of direct sunlight. Can you help with artwork/images? We want you to the get the look you want. If you need help with an image (removing a background, adding text, etc) email the image and details to hello@candidcookie and we'll try to get to the outcome you're hoping for. *Additional fees may apply for artwork assistance. Do I have to order by the dozen? One dozen is the minumum order, after that you can use our ala-carte option to add individual cookies to your dozen. What are the ingredients? Flour, Butter, Sugar, Powdered Sugar, Milk, Meringue Powder, Corn Syrup, Flavored Extracts, Baking Powder, Salt, Food-Grade Edible Ink. Why are they so expensive? If you’ve ever tried making these yourself you’re probably not wondering this. There are MANY steps and expenses involved (concept, design, dough making, shape cutting, baking, decorating, packaging, technology, communication, supplies, etc…..you get the idea). We do not currently offer gluten/allergy free cookies. Do you ship your cookies? We do not currently offer shipping but we hope to in the near future. Do you make cakes too?
