How can I receive my cookies?
We are currently pick up only. Calico Cookies is located in Jeffersonville, IN and an exact address is given after check-out.
When shipping becomes available, it will be available within Indiana only.
When can I pick-up?
Pick-up is Monday - Saturday.
M - F = 12 P.M. - 6 P.M.
Saturday = 11 A.M. - 3 P.M.
NO PICK-UP ON SUNDAYS.
Please include your requested pick-up time in the “Additional Notes” section during check-out.
How many days in advance should I order?
A minimum of 4 days is required.
Do you have any quantity maximums? I’d love to order for parties!
I have a maximum of 4 dozen (48 cookies) and a minimum of 3 cookies (the 3 pack)

What’s your refund policy?
Orders cancelled 2 days before scheduled pick-up will receive a full refund.
Orders cancelled 1 day before scheduled pick-up will receive a partial refund of 50%.
Orders cancelled day of scheduled pick-up and no call no show pick-ups will not receive a refund.
How much is your deposit?
I require a 100% deposit, meaning, you pay the full price day of purchase.
Why does it say “request order?” Will it go through?
When you request an order it will prompt you to place an order and it will alert me of a new request. I can then review it and make sure that I am available, that the pick-up time is available, etc. I will then approve or deny the request. Upon approval, you will be sent an invoice that prompts for payment. Payment secures your order on my calendar!
