50% non refundable deposit is due when placing your order.
Final payment is due ONE week before pick up.
Policies
Terms And Conditions
Deposits: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your order and date. Final Payment: Final payment is due ONE week before pick up. Cancellations: Cancelled orders can be refunded up to 2 months before the order is due minus the deposit. After the 2 months the order can not be refunded. Cake Design: We cannot duplicate an exact copy of another artist's work but we will try to get it as close as we can. Non-edibles: Our cakes include non-edible items in or on the cake. We will let you know what is non-edible. It is your responsibility to ensure they are removed before serving. Pick-up : Once an order is no longer in our care (picked up or dropped off)we take no responsibility for any damages caused.
