Policies
Non-Refundable Deposit
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due within 24 hrs of placing an order of $50 or more. For orders under $50 FULL payment is due immediately unless otherwise discussed…if payment is not made your order will then automatically be voided/cancelled. Deposits can be made via invoice or cash app $cakezbykish
ALL balances are due two days before pick up/Larger orders do require balance to be paid ONE WEEK before order pick up.
📌 We do require a 1 week notice for ALL orders! Short notice orders will only be accepted if availability permits. Thanks for your understanding and support.
Pick Up/Delivery
Pick up is in Grasonville,MD…Delivery is optional with a flat rate delivery fee [if availablility permits] FREE delivery locally! ~Please make note when ordering if delivery is preferred! NO SHIPPING!
ALL orders will be ready by 3pm on date of pickup unless otherwise specified/requested.
