Hi my name is Sara Wallace, Co-Owner of CakeUs Designs. I am a Wife and a mother to 3 beautiful girls.

My passion for baking started when I was 18 years old (22 years ago😳), but the foundation was laid when I was a little girl.

Mother (Co-Owner)- Unbeknownst to me, those precious moments with my Mother in the kitchen would set the groundwork to my career. I am forever grateful to My mother for sharing her space with me in the kitchen. Teaching me how to make sugar cookies, pies & no bake cookies. The patience she had with me was the main ingredient I needed for this very moment ❤️.

My Grandmother-

I would like to think my Grandmother held the title of “godmother of baking.”

There was never a time she did not have a baked good sitting on display on her kitchen table. She was truly my inspiration. Once she noticed I took interest in baking, She would give me her handwritten recipes that I couldn’t read, but I made it work😊. Her encouragement was another ingredient I needed to persevere in moments of uncertainty.

Although I realized I had the skill of baking at the age of 18, I didn’t realize it was my passion until 2013.

Our goal is not only to stuff you with goodies, but it has always been about unity and to see the pure joy it brings knowing we could make your special event more special. It’s about US! There would be no CakeUs without you❤️🥰

I am forever grateful for those women in my life and those moments they shared ❤️

I could not do any of this without 1st and foremost, God and the help and support of family members who have inspired some of our top sellers, friends and great customers who believed in me even when those cakes were looking undesirable 😂.
