How do I order?
On the main page select request order.
Choose a sweet treat.
Choose quantity.
Choose the date you would like your order.
Under order specifications,describe what you want and how you want it decorated.
Provide pickup/delivery time.
Choose pickup or delivery
Answer any additional questions.
Upload inspiration pictures if you like. That is always helpful.
Provide contact info and submit your request.
I will review it and send you an invoice which will provide payment methods.
Do you deliver?
Yes,for a fee. The Macon delivery fee is $10 and Warner Robins/Forsyth area is $20.
Where can I pick up my order?
Pick up is in the parking lot of the Forsyth Rd Ace Hardware.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes,I require a 30% nonrefundable deposit on all orders. The deposit is due within 24 hours of being invoiced. This acts as a reservation for your order. Once the deposit is received your order is confirmed. Failure to pay the deposit will cause your order to be canceled. You can pay the balance at your leisure but final payment is required 7 days before pick up.
What if I need to cancel an order?
You may cancel your order up to 7 days before the order due date for a refund less the non refundable deposit. Just click contact from the menu and you may submit your request via email.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
All sales are final. However, I will work to fix the errors I caused. Examples of these errors are if I gave you the wrong order or didn't give you your requested flavor. Please contact me immediately. Just click contact from the menu and you will be prompted to email me. Please include photos if applicable. If you are unhappy with anything else, you are welcome to provide feedback because I care about your thoughts.
What if something happened to my order after pickup?
Once the order is handed off to the customer, CakesOverCubicles is not responsible for what happens. To keep your items in perfect condition keep your car cold and below 70 degrees and place items on the floor board of your car. This is especially important for cakes to keep them intact.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept debit or credit through the secured payment option on the Bakesy platform. The required info will be provided on your invoice.
I can't choose the day I want. What is wrong?
There is a 7 day lead time required. You will not be able to choose a date less than 7 days from today's date. If that is not the case, that means there is no availability for that day.
How can I contact you?
Click the menu tab on the right side of the screen and select Contact. It will prompt you to submit an email,that is how I accept correspondence at this time.
