I do not accept same day or next day orders!

All cakes are to be refrigerated until ready to serve. Frostings are made with ingredients that will melt if left out at room temperature.

All orders must be picked up on the date confirmed on your invoice. If it is not picked up by end of day, a holding fee will be added to your total. That fee will need to be paid before you are able to receive your order.

Once your order is picked up, you have up to 48 hours to reach out with any concerns.

Pictures are needed and necessary if you are looking for a refund of any kind.

If it is established that there is no wrong doing on my end, a refund will not be issued.

All cakes will be photographed and posted on our website and social media accounts. We can blur out personal images, but the design itself, will still be used for promotional purposes.

Deposits are due at the time of order placement.

Deposits are non refundable. They can be transferred to a new order within 30 days, if the date requested is available. If you paid in full, instead of a 50% deposit, you will only receive half of the amount you paid. Any customizations made for your order, that can not be used for your future order, will be deducted from the transferred amount. If a decision is made to send a refund and you paid with a credit card, it will take up to 10 business days to post back to your account. That has nothing to do with my business. It is based on the credit card payment processing company that we use. Thank you!

Final payment is due the day of pick up!
