Hi, I'm Tai-yah, the owner of Cakes By Tai! Baking and designing cakes has been my passion since I was 7, inspired by my Great Grandmother's famous creations. I'm known for my creative flavor combinations and freestyle cake designs. It’s been a joy serving the Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, and Greensboro areas. I feel so blessed to share this gift and look forward to continuing my journey as a baker!

Cakes by Tai Ordering Policy

By completing this order form, I acknowledge that I have provided accurate information to the best of my ability. I understand that my initial quote is subject to change based on customizations or add-ons included in my final order.

I acknowledge that all custom cakes are made as close as possible to the design requested, but due to the artistic nature of this work, exact replication is not guaranteed.

Deposits & Payment:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm your order.

All confirmed orders must submit the deposit within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. If the deposit is not received in that time, the invoice and order request will be canceled.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to pickup or delivery.

Refund Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

After 7 days from the time the invoice is paid, deposits cannot be partially refunded for any reason.

Cakes by Tai will only issue a full refund in the event of a verified emergency on the part of the business.

Rush Orders:

Last-minute orders (placed within the same week of the event) are subject to a $75 rush fee, added to your total balance.

Rush orders must be paid in full at the time of booking due to time constraints.
