To secure your booking, the following payment terms apply:

• Orders over $100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

• Orders under $100 require full payment upfront.

• Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Please note:

Deposits are strictly non-refundable, as your date is reserved exclusively for you and supplies are often purchased in advance.

The remaining balance (if applicable) is due no later than 7 days prior to collection, unless otherwise agreed.
