Policies
Cakes by Melii bakes in a home kitchen under Cottage Food Law.
If order is accepted and agreed on by the client & Cakes by Melii a 50% non-refundable deposit of total is due within 48 hours of the invoice being sent in order to secure the order date.
Orders will not be confirmed & added to Cakes By Melii calendar until the deposit is paid in order to allow all interested customers a chance to book.
Your order will be cancelled & your date may become unavailable in the event your deposit is not received within 48 hours.
NO REFUNDS
In no event shall Cakes By Melii be required to refund any payment charged for any order.
LIABILITY
Cakes By Melii is not liable for any damage that may arise related to your cake once your order has been picked up or delivered.
ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
Cakes By Melii products may contain & come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy & other allergens. If any of your guests have allergies, it is your responsibility to notify them of the risk & any possible allergens. Cakes By Melii is not responsible for any medical issues that may arise from consuming its products. Client is responsible for disclosing any known allergies at the time of booking.
