We recommend placing your order at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for custom designs. For larger or more detailed cakes, even more notice is appreciated.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Minor changes can be made up to 7 days before your event, depending on the complexity. For major design changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes we offer delivery for additional fee based on your location; however, we deliver only within a one-hour radius from our location. If your location is beyond range, we kindly ask that you arrange for pickup. This delivery policy helps us insure the cake arrives fresh and in perfect condition.
Do you make allergy-friendly cakes?
We can accommodate certain requests, such as nut-free cakes. However, our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
What type of cakes do you specialize in?
We specialize in custom-designed cakes for all occasions, including weddings, engagements, birthdays, and special events. However we only offer only buttercream cakes ( no fondant cakes )

How do I store my cakes?
Keep your cake in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate it and let it come to room temperature before serving for the best taste and texture.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via E-transfer and PayPal ( we donβt accept cash )
Can I order a last-minute cake?
We occasionally accept last-minute orders depending on availability. Contact us directly to check if we can accommodate your requests.
