Payment and Pick-up: •A 15% non refundable deposit is required to book your date! Your date is not reserved until this payment is made! Deposits are due within 48 hours of booking. Otherwise, the order will be canceled. •The remainder of your balance is due 4 days before your pick-up date. •If the client fails to make payment, Cakes By Kailey will cease work, and the order will be canceled. •All weekend orders are to be picked up on Fridays 10am-5:30pm or Saturday mornings 8am-10am, no later. Order Details: •Flavors, serving amounts, and inspiration photos need to be determined when the order is placed. Changes can be requested but can not be guaranteed, and there may be an additional charge! •Any changes must be submitted 7 days before the event date. Any changes made afterward may be incorporated at the discretion of Cakes By Kailey. •Icing colors may vary. I'll do my best to match the colors as close as I can, but colors can vary based on many reasons outside of my control. Placing an order with me means that you agree that the colors may vary from inspiration photos and invitations. •There is a one dozen minimum on cookies and cupcakes. •Custom orders need to be canceled at least 14 days before your event date for a refund! Rush Fee: •A rush fee of $20 will be added to your total if you order less than a week before your event date. Liability: •Cakes By Kailey is not responsible for any damage to the goods/services provided caused by anyone NOT employed by Cakes By Kailey. Allergy & Dietary Warnings: •Cakes By Kailey's products contain, and/or are made in a kitchen, which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time. •The client is responsible for pointing out to guests’ potential allergy hazards. Content: •Cakes By Kailey reserves the right to use all photographs, videos, and other content of the custom order for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested and agreed upon mutually.
