✨ Orders & Payments

• All items are non-refundable.

• Orders are pickup only (Waukegan, IL).

• Full payment is required at booking and confirms acceptance of Cakes by Jada policies.

• Payment must be received within 24–48 hours or the order will be cancelled.

• Orders are completed on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is made.

• Minimum order amount: $50.

• Pickup is by appointment only during business hours: 9 AM – 7 PM (text only).

• Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

• Once items leave Cakes by Jada, we are no longer responsible for any damages.
