Thank you for choosing Cakes by Fonda! Before placing your order, please take a moment to carefully review the following policies. By submitting your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, even if not read in full.

💵 Deposits & Booking
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your order.
• Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Final payment is due before or at the time of pickup.
🎂 Design & Customization
• Custom cake and treat designs may vary slightly depending on complexity.
• Please be specific with your order details, including theme, pick-up date, and desired time.
• All changes to flavor, theme, or design must be approved in advance of your pickup date.
• All orders include one cake flavor and one frosting flavor. Additional flavors or cupcake varieties will incur a 15% surcharge.
• Allergies must be disclosed at the time of ordering.

🚗 Pickup & Delivery
• Pickup times are scheduled and subject to approval.
• Delivery is available within a 12-mile radius for a flat fee of $15.
• Please be punctual—orders not picked up within 3 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $35 storage fee.
(Example: If your pickup time is 3 PM and your order remains uncollected at 6 PM, the fee will apply.)
• Drive safely! Cakes should travel upright on the floor of the front passenger seat as instructed.

💰 Payment Methods
• Cash is not accepted.
• Remaining balances must be paid via Cash App or PayPal.
• A 2% surcharge will be added to all Cash App payments.

⏳ Notice Periods & Rush Orders
• A minimum of one week’s notice is required for all custom orders.
• If accepted, orders with less than 1 week’s notice (minimum 3 days) will require a $35 rush fee.
