Your order can be delivered for a $10 minimum. Any location <15 miles away will be charged $20 or more depending on the mileage.
When do I have to pay my deposit?
Deposits will be due after we call or text to confirm your order, so please be deposit-ready while looking & booking!
Can I place an order within less than 7 days?
A last minute order placed within less than 7 days is subject to availability. These orders will be charged a ‘Rush Order’ fee. All orders placed within 7 days or less of the due date will be charged an additional 50% of the total order price.
Is my order confirmed once I finish booking on here?
Your order will be sent to us for review and someone from our team will reach out to discuss details and confirm!
Can I order a different icing besides buttercream?
Traditional American buttercream is all that we use here at Cakes By Dash. You can order it in over 50 different flavors!
What if my cake won’t fit in my car?
In the case of having a cake that is too large or tall for your vehicle, I will have a mandatory delivery fee included in the invoice to ensure your order makes it safely and in one piece.
What is fondant?
Fondant is a sugar paste used to ice and decorate cakes. This can also be flavored upon request.
I have dietary restrictions, do you offer goods that work around that?
We have a select few cake and buttercream options that are dairy, nut, and gluten free. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask! :)
I only want one item but the order minimum is $50?
The minimum amount is there to ensure there is no time or funds going to waste in completing an order.
I’d like to order multiple items for different dates, can I place them all at once?
Orders with different due dates *MUST* be placed separately! Each order will require a deposit as well. This ensures there is no confusion or late/early orders being completed.
I changed my mind and would like to go somewhere else can I have my deposit back?
All deposits are non-refundable.
My order is damaged and I want a refund!
In the event that your order is damaged after it leaves the care of Cakes By Dash, my contact information will be available to you so that I can help you fix it up over the phone or video chat as best as I can. Damage to orders at the fault of the customer will not receive replacements or refunds.
