Deliveries will be considered and approved on a case-by-case basis for the local Kallison Ranch/Alamo Ranch area.
Delivery fee will start at $5 & be based on distance/travel time.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Not at this time, but feel free to message me for possible custom orders.
Do you do fondant cakes?
All cakes I offer are buttercream only. Depending on design, fondant may be used for some small parts of decor, but I prefer to keep fondant work to a minimum. Chocolate molds will be considered first for all decorations.
What is your policy on deposits, refunds, cancellations and changes?
Each order requires a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that is due within 48 hours of your order request. Your order will not be made without the deposit.
I do not offer refunds, but am happy to talk through any issues that arise after picking up your cake.
Cancellations will be accepted up until 4 days before your scheduled pickup. If you need to cancel after the 4 day mark, your deposit can go towards an order for a future date (within 6 mos).
If you require any changes to your request, I will do my best to accommodate. The overall theme of the cake should stay as similar as possible, but I’m happy to make any small changes I can. I just ask that these changes be requested no later than 1 week prior to pick up.
