Letter/Number Cake Or Cookie Tarts

Letter/number pricing: For pricing these are carved and the servings really depend on the cut and the letter or number. Can be cake or a sugar cookie tart. 1/8 $55 (6-10 servings) 1/4 $75 (12-20 servings) 1/2 $125 (20-30 servings) For multiple numbers it can be done with a 1/4 sheet but some toppings do look better on a 1/2 sheet size. This includes toppings such as fruits, macarons, candies, chocolates, meringues, sprinkles. Topping options are sometimes limited due to season.
